Asked to write descriptive wall labels to accompany and contextualize the portraits of past Presidents hung around campus, Talia immersed herself in the College Archives. "I appreciated being able to consult their papers directly – and the more vivid understanding that resulted." Talia continued to work across the holdings of Special Collections throughout her remaining years as a student. She gained additional curatorial experience as a student in Christiane Hertel and Carrie Robbins' team-taught Exhibition Seminar (HART 374), which produced Temperamental: Prints from the Collection of Bryn Mawr College (Spring 2019).
